I like this book, very much. it starts with the basic introduction about the merits of aluminum in boat building, sets forth the technical content (planing hulls), and goes on to describe virtually every skill you need to complete a project.. Aluminum boat building steve pollards book on aluminum boat building is the best on the subject. steve has about 40 yers experience in boat building and design. if you build in aluminum, this is a must book. This is book is a little a hard to rate, its worth having in your library for boat construction. but its misses the mark some chapters, just too much of some information ( that wasn't needed) and not enough in others..
